What is a good way to live?
That’s the first question that came to my mind after I graduated.
I thought to myself, is this it? Is this how you do it? Take a set of courses for some years. Get a diploma. Use the diploma to get a job with steady income, then build a life around this. No wonder Fight Club woke me up like it did.
I didn’t feel educated at all. If I felt one thing, I felt more lost than when I started.
The one question that drove me ever since is still the same: what’s a good way to live?
I started researching all those who have ever researched this question. I jumped into literature, explored different philosophies Western to Oriental, and travelled the world to visit people who seemed to have some good suggestions.
In the meanwhile I decided in 2012 to start a concept with some friends that organizes basketball camps for youth, we set up a movement playground/community, and organize nature retreats with friends and others who are interested to share some of the things I’ve learnt and practiced over the years that helped me become more observant and awake.
I am also a student of Fighting Monkey Research under the guidance of Jozef Frucek and Linda Kapetanea and their other collaborators.
This is where I’ll share some of my thoughts and lessons on this journey.
